Live Oak Brewing

Today we took a little drive to Live Oak Brewing.  It was recommended to us by some good beer friends and they were right.  Live Oak does German Style beers and when we went they had 6 smoked beers on tap.  Normally breweries have 0-1 smoked beer on tap so having 6 is extraordinary.  They were all different styles and we were able to try 4 small pours and we also bought the rest in cans on the way out.  They also have a German food truck with really great offerings.  It was a fantastic stop.

Back to Cidercade for Pinball

After Live Oak and doing some grocery shopping at H-E-B Plus we went back to Cidercade to play pinball.  We upped our entry fee the last we visited to a monthly pass and used it to get in.  You get a fancy sparkly bracelet that also gives you 10% off ciders.  We didn't buy any ciders but we did play some pinball.

We also played the updated Monster Bash which is really fun

We also got to play Mandalorian and Rush LE (Limited Edition) which is the fancy version signed by the designer.

Oh and this evening Donna also found a great place in Chicago for June so we booked it.  This means our adventure is booked through July 6th and we have Memphis, St. Louis, Cincinnati, and now Chicago booked for month long stays.
