Hanging Out In Denver

 Denver, CO

Out and About In Denver

Today we had friends from Seattle visiting.  They are out to visit us, family, and other friends so we just kind of hung out in the city and caught up.  It was a low key day.

The day started with a walk over The Millennium Bridge. From Wikipedia "It is the world's first cable-stayed bridge using post-tensioned structural construction.

Happily we haven't seen any fascists yet.

After the dog walk we connected with our fiends and went to lunch at My Brothers Bar.  It's the oldest bar in Denver and has been continuously operating since 1873.  The burgers are so good that we all ate them before I could take photos.  :)

After lunch we took a Lyft to Great Divide to do some real catching up over a beer.

I found a thing to stick my head through!

After Great Divide we came back to our Airbnb and split a pizza.  It was a good day of food and fun with few photos taken.  If you want a lot of photos and missed Denver Art Museum, check it out. If you want to see more about My Brothers Bar you can read about our visit last year, The Oldest Bar in Denver, For Lunch.
