Today we hit up The Blanton Museum of Art.  It is undergoing renovations and partially closed so I had low expectations but it was awesome!  We used our NARM pass to get in so we didn't feel pressure to get "full value".

"I will light you up" was shouted by Texas State Trooper Brian Encinia at Sandra Bland, a Black woman, in a 2015 video of the rapidly escalating traffic stop that led to Bland's death in police custody.  The artist tried to find a response to neutralize this hostile statement.

It was a nice museum visit.  There was enough to see but not so much that we didn't see everything.  The only downside is there isn't a cafe.  As a bonus to us getting in free with our NARM pass we also got free parking because the ticket machine malfunctioned so the attendant just let us out.
