Today we pulled into Ochlocknee River State Park and the ranger handed us a few pamphlets about the park. One was about the rare White Squirrels of the area. We read how they are a leucistic mutation. After setting up camp we started watching the gray squirrels play and then a white squirrel joined them. In the photo above, you can see the white squirrel next to the normal gray squirrel. It's always nice to see a target species while sitting in your camp chair.
